Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: June 18, 2026

We don't sell your data

Scentori does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This applies regardless of where you live. We apply the same baseline to all users.

Your California (and similar state) rights

If you are a California resident — or a resident of a state with comparable privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) — you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Access a copy of that information in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (already the default at Scentori).
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service or charge a different price for exercising your rights.

How to make a request

Most of these you can do yourself from Settings → Profile: edit your profile, delete fragrances and reviews, toggle public shelf visibility, or delete your account entirely.

For data export, formal access requests, or anything you can't do in-app, email Scentori.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the account email) and respond within 45 days as required by law.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written, signed authorization and verify your identity directly.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request from your browser, where applicable.
